I’m a Senior Lecturer (Associate Professor) in Cybersecurity at City St George’s, University of London, where I teach Information Security Fundamentals and Security Audit and Certification. I did my PhD in networking at the University Grenoble Alpes in France and spent several years as a research associate at University College London, University of California Los Angeles, and UCLouvain in Belgium.
My research sits at the intersection of distributed systems, network security, and decentralised infrastructures, with a focus on blockchain ecosystems, the decentralised web (IPFS, Bluesky), and online trust and safety.
